    Go to tools and select advanced options and select reset to defaults I got the same prob. i did the above and it was ok.

    Lantos bill Some body posted details on Lantos bill which talks about releasing unused visa numbers for 2001,2002,2003 (looks like there are lot of them , 50,000 unused in 2003 alone) to be released for EB3. If this passes we can see some big movement in PD. Srini

    Good news for EB3 if it helps IT guys ####HOPE..ITS GOOD NEWS########## I went thru the bill. It talks about nursing shortage. If the released visa numbers are applicable for all the EB3 categories. We can see a big movement in priority dates when the Lantos bill is passed.

    sam, if I485 is pending for <180 days risky to switch because if employer revokes I140 then 485 is denied and if you are on EAD status you will be out of status immediatly. if 485 pending for > 180 days, then you are safe even if employer revokes 140 but normally there are some freak...
