Can anyone tell me how long is it taking to get an EAD(first time) from NSC.. My 765 was efiled on may 26 and biometrics done on may 27. Is there any chance to get EAD by july 1st week or so? let me know please, Thanks

Hi guys, can I apply for h1 7th year extension if pending labor gets approved just before the end of 6years. i was told that 7th yr extension can be applied only on the basis of 1yr labor pending but not if it is approved. is that correct? Thanks in advance.

EB1 rfe and no response for EB2 from NSC filed for EB1-EA and EB2 at same time. RD sep 23, 2003. got RFE for eb1 10days ago. it was quite harsh. preparing to reply. No response to EB2 NIW, even though the processing time at NSC show they are working on dec 2003 applications. by the way...
