finally
Finally, our case has some progress.
On July 13th, AP and EAD got approved. I got the email today.
How long does it take for us to receive the AP? Our tickets are on July 24th
Hi, all,
We already booked our tickets but AP is still pending. We will go to the INS local office in LA to apply for AP. My husband has a conference invitaion so he will have no problem(I think). I can only say that my grandma is very sick and show them her photo. She is sich but not in...
My idea is
The condition for pilot program should be considering under EB2 and
"Sending I140 & I485 apps in one envelope togather" and after specific date.
Sending I140 & I485 apps in one envelope togather = concurent filling
Just my 2 cents
No progress on our case
The online infor for AP change from 90 days to 150 days, what does that mean? Does it mean that they will not process AP cases from now on and concentrate on something else??
No idea at all
Our AP ND is May 13th, haven't hear anything yet. We already book the tickets. Today when we check the case on line, the processing date change from 60-90 days to 150 days. Anyone got your AP approved recently?
Concurrent Filing I140 & I485 California Service Center After May 1st, which is the day that pilot program declears that it starts.
Also since there is one April case got into the Pilot the program, so people file at April also welcomed to post your updated information.
Eb2/eb3
