GoodListern, Did you LUD change today? My LUD changed today. but the status is still the same

I did fingerprint on 9/18/2004. Checked with FBI on 9/20/2003. Fingerprint result has been sent back to INS. The online status is still not updated. Anyone who did fingerprint on 9/18/2004 or after got the online status updated?

Yes, you can go for early FP at San Jose. You don't need to bring the 485 receipt. Just bring the photo Id (something like driver licence or passport) and the fingerprint notification.

Anyone knows how long does it take for name check? The name check should be after fingerprint or before fingerprint? How can I know my case is currently on hold for FBI name check?

Got my 1FP notice today. I think my 140 approval triggered the FP notice 140 RD 7/1/2003 AD 9/13/2004 485 RD 7/1/2003 FP ND 9/13/2004

I have not got the FP notice yet. My RD is 7/1/2003. many cases in june/july 2003 haven't got FP notice.

Some of my co-workers got FP in April. I think they pick a lot of people whose RD is around end of August and sometimes in Sep. But I haven't heard anyone got FP whose RD is the beginning of July. I really don't understand what is the rule to process the cases. It's just so random.

my RD is 7/1/2003. I am EB3. I have not received anything. Also I am still waiting for my first FP. I haven't received the FP notice. There are no approval posted for quite a long time. I don't know how they can move the date to 7/28

Are you con-current filing case or not? My ND for 140 and 485 is 7/1/2003. Have not got the fingerprint notice.
