Hi All

If there is no other tracker for those who filed on these months lets start one.

WAC : WAC03184xxxxx

ND : June 04 2003

FP1 : Scheduled for October 8th 2004
Done on September 1st
LUD : 9/10 FP1 received and process resumed.

Looks like I am the only who filed in June 2003 (RD: 6/12/03, WAC031905XXXX) and hasn't got the first fp yet. What's happening? :mad:
 
Actually when I got my FP1 notice, I was told by my friends that there are more 2003 cases are getting addressed now. May be they are not on this board :confused:
 
Got my 1FP notice today. I think my 140 approval triggered the FP notice

140 RD 7/1/2003 AD 9/13/2004
485 RD 7/1/2003

My case is as below:

WAC03185XXX

I485 RD June 3, 2004
1st FP notice received on Sept 13, fingerprint appt is Sept 28, but did an early FP at Oakland CSC on Sept 14,

LUD is Sept 20, Case status is
"On September 18, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case.... "

keep my finger crossed !!!
 
I filed in early August. Still waiting for FP.

I observed one thing, EB2 guys are getting FP notice pretty fast (< a month).

Did you file in 2003 or 2004 ? My plan was to track mid 2003 folks....
 
update to my case

i just want to update, my case LUD has been changed on 9/20 to reflect fingerprint receival, then
LUD changed on 9/23, same status
LUD changed on 9/24, status become "On September 24, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. ..."
LUD changed on 9/27, same status. "On September 24, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case.

wondering what does it mean..

Hope no transferring to local office or RFE..

latest LUD

I did my 1st FP on Aug 31st. The status was updated on Sept 7th showing they received FP results on sept 3rd. On Sept 24th, LUD changed and status is still the same. I am wondering what is happening too. I did sent an inquiry on Sep 15th. I don't think that helps. Hope no transfering. That will be a disaster.

I did my first FP on aug 31 also. Same thing here, on sept 7 my status updated "FP recd on Sept 3 blah blah." No updates after that. Still waiting....
 
I did fingerprint on 9/18/2004. Checked with FBI on 9/20/2003. Fingerprint result has been sent back to INS. The online status is still not updated. Anyone who did fingerprint on 9/18/2004 or after got the online status updated?
