485 TRACKER - 03- may/june/july filers

Here were my dates, for you to guage:

Did FP at San Jose ASC 9/11/04
Called FBI FP Check 304-625-5590 9/16/04
They said they received prints, and sent to CIS same day, 9/14/04
LUD only changed on 9/20/04, stating FP results received on 9/18/04
 
Approved

Aint this something.

Approval date 28...letter mailed Sept 28.

I have been checking my status like 10 times a day. I checked it today at 7:30 ..and nothing. But i come home, have dinner, check my mail at 11:30 while watchin Seinfeld and guess what...approval mail.

I know there are a couple of more guys who did their FP on the same day as me..31st aug. hang in there guys, u might be hearing about approvals soon.

i do the same thing like you.. check online status every few hours.. hope that i will receive the mail suprise one of these days !!

I485 approval

Just got an email from lawyer office that mine and my husband's I485 were approved. Haven't got the detail information yet and online status is not updated.

I have not got my FP yet, Is anybody in this status. Is there any specifics in your case that causes delay. Mine is Clear EB2 case. Same employer from the begining. Please let me know, if there is any way to speed-up.

My last LUD was sept. 24th saying they received my FP results and my status has not changed up to now.

I asked my lawyer to make a FP request on Aug 12th and got the FP notice on Aug 23th and did early FP on Aug31st in San Jose.
 
My 485 got approved this morning. Thanks all for your help

Finally approved.... Got the emails around 6:00 PM PST today. Thanks for all the support.

Congrat !! waitingwithhope, goodlisten & longwaithelen, (particularly i think longwaithelen is the luckiest, from FP date to approve only 2 wks plus. )

Gave fingerprints in April - They have processed fingerprints - dont know whats happening now.
I'm anyway the secondary application, My husband's 485 was filed in Sept 2001 - he's still awaiting approval. So I guess they cannot approve my case till they approve the primary applicant's case.

just want to continue this thread. Is anybody with RD 6/03 not receiving the approval or the first FP notict yet?
