Hi all, Recently my wife and I went home for the first time after gettting GC. On the way out of US, she forgot to submit the I-94 card (we both last entered US as F1 student last year). Is this cause for concerns? Should she mail it to anywhere? Thanks -Wu

Processing times are based on ND not PD PD only comes into play when visa numbers are concerned. For EB1 and 2, PD is still current, so your exact PD doesn't matter right now for I485. Of course, what eb1doc said is so true...
