Though it is quite difficult to find any rule for TSC Approvals. What seems to be the trend ? Is it FP based or RD based. At least what I noticed in this forum is the people who have done FP about one year before are getting approved.

June 02 Our lawer said that they are sending FP for June 02. But as we can see in this forum already there are some May 02 RD approvals. I don't know how that fits in.
