Do I need to work each company that have H1 on my name? While I employed with Company A, company B transferred my H1B, but I never joined Company B, just continued with Company A. Is this an issue?

On 01/28/2005, I received four emails (2 for me and 2 for my wife) stating that there is RFE on our 485s. Nor received the RFE letters yet, so don’t know what they are asking for, once my attorney get the RFEs, I will post the details I am curious, what kind of RFE’s VSC is sending out...

No, it is not labor substituted. EB2 Around 100 people. Profitable company. My earnings are less than what we stated in labor, but we provided company financial statements, like tax returns etc… Hope it helps..
