I-140 approved ND: 10/28/2003

Hi All, Good Day!!

I got email from USCIS today. My I-140 has been approved on June 4, 2004.
VSC.
Concurrent filing, I-140/485/EAD/AP
NO RFE.
Filed on 10/28/2003.
My EAD and AP are approved earlier with out RFE.

(I know few people in this forum also have the same ND date, like dashDurai,).

This is my second attempt for my GC. Previously I got laid off same day on which my I140 approved.

I also applied my 7 yr H1-B extension 5 month’s back. H1-B and I-140 approved on same day,
I am not sure, that may be reason both approved on same day.

I will update the tracker today.

This forum is fabulous and helpful and gave me lot of strength. Please keep it clean.

Congratulations GC4all,
Was your labor a substituted one? Did you get finger printing notice before? Was it EB2? How big is your company, since you said that there was no RFE.

No, it is not labor substituted.
EB2
Around 100 people. Profitable company.
My earnings are less than what we stated in labor, but we provided
company financial statements, like tax returns etc…

You have luck going on you sir!!!! Yes i am watching all cases on Oct28. Until your post there was not even a single move on EAC0401950 and EAC0401952 seiries however i found some approvals in EAC0401951 series..

This concludes.. that they don't want to touch or still long way to go EAC0401950 cases.

let us pray for the best..

In my case my "dear" attorney missed some of the document. i am positive that i will end up with a RFE.. :-(

once again. have fun with your second step finish of this GC mess.
