RIR August 2001 I have just received an info from my lawyer that NY SWA is processing my application, and they requested an update on the minimum wage. So it's moving. My papers were sent to the SWA on Aug. 28, 2001. Mno

my (and my family) visas got approved and are being shipped via FedEx. The ship date is 2/6/04, expected pick-up date 2/10/04. As a reminder, DoS in St. Louis received our passports on 11/02/03. So long, guys! Best of luck, MNo

Applied on August 28, 2001 (and, yes, upstate NY, Buffalo area). Still waiting. Since there is only one SESA/SWA for the state of NY I am trying to follow NYC RIR thread. Upstate or downstate or NY City makes no difference. Good luck, MNo;) ;)

recent approval I talked to my lawyer yesterday, they got an approval for 04/25/2001. Looks like it\'s slow, but crawling forward.

These are very old approvals... We have 2002 already
