Here is your answer... - I showed both Parole and my approval notice to officer - He sent me to a room where another office stamped me normal I-94 based on my parole. She did not give deferred inspection. - I did tell officer that after leaving USA I got my approval. He did not care this.

I think you should not worry at all. But to confirm this "what is your PD ?" Please check your I-140 approval notice if you have. The PD date is mentioned at right hand column on your I-140 approval notice. Generally it is your Labor filing date and yours Jul-2001. Thx,

Hi Guys, The New 12/15/04 processing report is out by NSC and it is available at AILA.org website. It is surprising to note that there is still no change in Employement based I-485 Processing date by NSC. It sucks...frustrating..... Lets hope some day it will change but GOD knows..... I-485...

Dinnu, Your point 1) noted here is correct and also correctly refers Immigration-law websites quote for this. But I am not sure from where you got point 2). Is this from same website?. As far my lawyer says that Labor substitution case also carry the same priority date as mentioned in approved...

It proves what my lawyer says...... From your real example now it has been established that even on Labor substitution case the priority date for all I-140 filers is the date when labor application was filed for that alien and not the I-140 application filing date. Alok2004
