Just got my approval notice this morning! However, my last day with my employer is next week. I will start my new job in a week. Will that constitute any problem in the future when I apply for citizenship since I will not stay 6 months after I get my greencard?

My attorney got the receipts for everything. The only thing that was mailed to me was the FP notice (my attorney also got a copy) and the EAD approval card. However, the notice receipt for all the petitions did come to my attorney's office later than the FP notice. So probably a bit patience...

Wow, your FP is even faster. I've got my EAD aprroved on 10/19/06 already but haven't seen anything on I131 yet. Keep me posted on your case too and good luck! :-)

Question regarding EAD So, once you get your EAD, can you go on to take a totally different 2nd job (part-time) while continue working for your current employer?

Just curious So do they mail the EAD card to you or to the attorney?
