    Oldest case in TSC?

    Well... 485 ND - May 5 2001. Case was transferred to NYC office "for interview scheduling" in Feb 2004... Too bad I've moved to Boston back in 2003 and they never bothered to update my address in TSC (albeit 4 (!) letters me and my lawer sent'em). Another cascade of letters and faxes to TSC...

    Not at all. When I filed, I was in Texas allright. Then moved to NY. Then, to MA. Not my choices, you might imagine.

    That's right. My lawer got the Note. The question now is whether all the letters he claimed to send to TSC and NYC on my behalf will be of any help. It looks like my torture is far from over...
