As I have mentioned in my fromer topic, my case (nd 5/1/2001) was transferred from TSC to NY office for "interview scheduling". Does anybody knows if that means that my case got in the general cue (current processing date for 485's there is 2/2002), or it has nothing to do with those dates? I'm nervous cause as even thinking that I'll have to wait for another 2 years after 3 years in limbo is killing me.
Also, my spouses case was similarly moved to DC, where the 485 processing date is 2/2003. Can she get the GC, before my interview (I am the primary applicant, and she's my dependent)?
