I don't think he is referring to EVL, there is another request for EVL in the RFE, this is a separate paragraph. I think I am going to use AC-21, but my I-140 sponsor is still open to employ me when I receive my GC.

I filed just change of address because I moved from one address to another within the same city, not because of the employment.

Job is the same but different employer and higher salary. Attorney says not a problem. I will send the response to RFE this week and I'll post the updates here.
