I have been renewing my NJ DL everyyear and i did renew it on June , 2007 by showing my EAD. I got my GC on 07/23/07 . Do i need to inform DMV about my GC and get the new DL ? Pl. let me know

If you have not yet received the 'CARD' yet, You have to take the 485 approval notice to the local center and get it stamped on your passport which you can use it to reenter into usa. ------------------------------ GC Approved on 07/16/07 ----------------------------------

Hey Friends, We got our 485 approved on 07/17/07 and we received the approval notices and the 'CARDS' on 07/23/2007 but not the 'Welcome Notice'. IS it a important document to receive from USCIS ? If so, Can we contact TSC to get the welcome notice ?

Hey, Congratultaions . I dont think you have to get the 'Passport' stamped if you want to leave and reenter into USA, You can show your card at the port of entry and they will stamp your passport.

When we called TSC IO last month, they did not give us any information on our pending 485 , But we got our 485 approved on 07/17/07. I can suggest you to take 'Infopass' appointment and talk to the IO over there.
