Guacho,
Sorry for the delay, hopefuly is not too late.
The IO just told me at the end of the interview to wait outside for the Oath Ceremony letter. I waited for like 20 mins ant they gave me the letter with the Oath date just like 10 days after the 5 year mark.
My advise would be to go...
Want, congrats.
I just saw your post, was out of the country using my US Passport.:).
It feels good you'll see soon.
After so many years in this forum, I really understan what you went through and really share your happiness.
Enjoy.
Hi Guys,
Just want to share with you my experience today in the citizenship interview.
Everything was just normal like any other experience in those interviews except for question 28. Have you ever applied for any kind of relief from removal, exclusion or deportation? My answer was NO in...
Uncle 2 questions,
1- what do you mean with ""she went through my persecution in COP" ? Did she ask you questions about the asylum application?
2- Did you already passed the 5 years mark? before ID?
Thank you.
Never end discussion, I have been in this forum for many years and have seen this so many times, never an agreement or conclusion. It's never a positive or constructive discussion, the same end always.
Vrb,
Did IO asked you about the ticket? Did you volunteer info? How do you get the Certified Copy? Was it over $500?
When you say re-schedule, is it that you have to be interviewed again?
What a pain, but you'll be just fine.
Cargo 2 questions.
1- Did you mark yes to the question about if you were cited, arrested, etc, etc?
2- Why did you take with you information about your tickets? did they ask to take it with you?
Thanks for the info.
Huracan,
What agencies can ask for the certificate? Can the kids get the certificate in a few years? or it's something that either they get right now or lose the opportunity.
Thanks
Great vrb, I agree it doesn't make a big difference to walk in for FP.
Your interview is really soon, keep us posted about it, my wife's interview is on 10-26. It looks like they interview on Mondays.
Have you heard anything about Oaths in Oakland Park?
Good Luck!!
