My company filed from Wisconsin on Jan 17th 2004 and got the receipt (with name of the assigned analyst and contact number of that analyst) within 15 days. I am not sure whether WI SESA has changed the process recently.

No news Until Last Friday, I haven't got any response. My Lawyer didn't get any query/approval for my case. We will check with our lawyer on coming Friday.

I talked to my employer on last Friday. He replied, he usually gets the status from lawyer on Thursday on all the cases. Upto last thursday, attorney didn't get any letter from SESA. I need to wait for another 4 days to get the status of my case. I will post the result, once i get the status...
