haan yaar i had the same problem so I took appointment for "speak with an immigration officer" that worked. Try after 5pm and keep trying, apparently they open a window of appointments everyday so you need to keep trying, definitely try after 5 pm and I am sure you will get it soon. Good Luck!!

i got my appointment a few days ago at the Fairfax center. You sould try after 5pm they (apparently) normally open up some appointment windows after 5 pm. So you need to keep trying after 5 pm everyday. Worked for me. Good luck!

We went there 3 hours before our scheduled time and they wouldn't let us in. Not sure if it depends on how busy they are on a particular day but they did seem quite strict about schedules. You can try your luck if you have time to otherwise I would suggest go on the scheduled date and time.

I spoke with my lawyer also called the national customer service center. They both said to select the "speak with an immigration officer" option and take a printout of the screen shot where all the options are displayed and the one for passport stampping is not there. This should get the job...
