    I used AC21 to switch companies. I informed the USCIS about the change....never received a RFE for anything and got approved before expected. I think its a good idea to inform the USCIS unless you have to hide something (like different position, job description etc).

    Changing Job - Urgent Help needed!!!

    When I switched jobs last March, I had my new company send out a letter to the USCIS notifying the change. My lawyer drafted the letter and I got that printed on the company letter head and signed by my boss. My GC was approved last week without any RFE.

    urch, the letter that I sent to the INS was signed by my manager at the new job. My lawyer drafted the letter based on the job description and responsibilities in the labor petition and my manager signed it. In short, I didn't write anything....it was a letter written by the new company.

    Fortunately No...I think the fact that I informed the INS about change of jobs and specifically invoked the AC21 provision, they never sent me a RFE.

    Thanks Guys!! Amcom: The second EAD started earlier than the first but the third one started the day the second was expiring. I notified them immediately and invoked AC21 specifically. Japanese: Yes, the dates are the approval dates
