Has anyone had to wait for Name Check Clearance for CP?

Hi I have EB1 interview coming up next week. But I cannot get the PCC from the local police station. I have managed to get one from the Passport office. Would this suffice?

My wife is the secondary applicant and my child is a US citizen.

My wife is the secondary applicant. My petitioner is my company. But not very clear what to mention in this column for my wife? Please clarify.

Is it OK if I ask my company to pay me my Feb Salary in advance?

I am on L1 and I drew a salary of US$ 36 K last year. Do I mention this salary in the Employment letter or mention the salary which the company will pay me if Permanent Residence is approved (which is around 70K)? Please help. Also I have NRE FDs in India. Could I show these in I134?

No Title Hi Sam: Since yours was Eb1 category, was the salary on the Employment letter same as on the I140 petition? Was yours L1 visa?
