To prove continuous employment

Though you will have the employment letter(that is held valid for approx 6 months but prefferably taken a month before the interview) you might have a better position if you can get your paystubbs mailed to you from US.

There is no directive anywhere that says you cannot leave US 2 months before interview.
 
PCC in India

Can you please post some details about obtaining a PCC from India? Where did you get it from, how long did it take, any other relevant details.

Can a friend from US send your paystubbs to you in India?
 
I only have paychecks as we do not get pay stubs....is that a problem? We do not use the services of
