According to AVM NVC sent a letter to my attorney on 4/13/02. My I-140 RD is 2/4/02, I-140 AD 3/13/02 and NVC RD is 3/27/02.

I received the same message. Most probably is NVC asking us for reconfirmation letter that we want to go through CP and not through AOS.

No Title My lawyer called NVC yesterday and was told that they do not accept re-confirmations by phone. I suppose they neither accept phone nor fax re-confirmations.
