Yes. There are guys who went before and got it done Just give it a try. You need to convince them by saying that you would be "out of town.....etc... blah... blah and that you are trying to get it done now" It worked in some of my friends cases... Good luck.

Its only March 2002 and ( not 2003) Thats for sure. Cases with ND dates upto March 15 2002 have been cleared per the service center. Hope this helps you understand.

Savior 1 Did you get the second FP done? You got the first FP done in 6/2002. Is it still valid or expired. My first FP was done in Dec 2002. But no further info from TSC. Thanks in advance for your input.

Thanks SRM I think you should get the approval soon. The reason is your 15 months after FP is going to expire shortly and they should be after your case. This is what I observed from the threads in this forum. Good Luck.

My ND is also April 23rd 2002 and FP done in Dec 2002. And 15 months from the FP expired long ago. No sign of second FP nor there is any other indication of the file moving. Dont know what to do? wish you all the best for getting this resolved earliest. C

Another option would be ............ if the old employer is agreeable, continue with them for another 10 days so that they can effectively send reply (treating you as an employee) and then relieve you to the new company. You can remain on vacation leave with them also. It wont hurt them in any...
