My time lines I had interview at santa Ana 12/03/2007 and they hand over me the test pass result but not oath letter. waiting for oath letter.

I just want to share my interview experience at santaAna, they took me 10 min to completed the interview process and hand over the result paper. she said oath letter sending latter by mail. Interview result: handover test passed form with out oath letter

hi arashijing We both are same time lines and suggetion for you. U can go to local INS office today to finish the finger print. you need not wait for your orginal date. I just did mine today and check my dates.

My wife got her h1 extention in tijuana on 14th june. it is not tough process but need to wait in queue for 3 hr and after that they called her asked simple question and issued new visa extention

I am also same situation I have valid visa passport upto Aprl'2006 and changed employer and got new H1B approval. So i can go with valid visa with new H1B approval and back to USA. anybody did with out anyproblem at time of entering back to US.

Same problem.. My wife have H1 Visa stamped on passport upto apl'2006. Recently she transfer her h1 to company B(processing). do we need to re-stamp visa with new employer or she can use visa stamped on her passport with new apporal I-797 notice. Pl help me.. she is planning to go india...
