485 approved , but 140 still pending Is anyone else in this category? What happens now? I have asked my lawyer to initiate an inquiry into my 140 application. Has anyone else done the inquiry, now that the JIT dates for 140 have moved beyond 30 days of Dec 2004. :confused:

INS/USCIS knows if the 140 application is using sub or regular labor.. There is a form for transferring the original labor to someone else thats attached to 140. Its a legal way.

The JIT dates may not apply to 140 cases using sub labor This is what my lawyer informed me. Anyone else heard like this ? They said, 140 cases using sub labor need not adhere to the JIT dates and sometimes fall behind.

Dont worry I am with you :-( I am with you man, in the same boat. Dec 6 RD for 140, dont know whats happening. I see no movement on my 140 app. We cant call the emergency number until the JIT date have advanced 30 days from our RD.
