Gurus,
I would like to know if there is a possibility to change the beneficiary after the 45 day letter has already been sent.
Here is the situation. I have a labor pending from Company A. The 45 day letter was signed and sent in Feb of 2005.
Currently, my wife happens to work for the same...
:)
i would say theres no theory, just an opinion from a fellow "waiter" and not even close to a conclusion.
awardmygc has suggested something constructive and for ppl who would like to pitch into his efforts please come forward.

Hi:
My wife recently had her H1B approved with a start date of Oct 1, 2004.
How do I go about applying for SSN? Do I have to wait until Oct 1 to even go apply for a SSN or can I go now and be ready. I'm under the notion that you cant possibly work without a SSN either.
What do I do? I live in...
heres my info.
EB2 Non-RIR
Received in Philly DOL on Dec 10, 2003
well, heres a different perspective to boost our optimism.
as long as we can keep our jobs with the current employer, i dont see any problem being on H1B and thank our lucky stars that we can keep extending our H1Bs year...
no not really.
they probably have about 4 months to clear this mess out b4 they start to roll out PERM. they know that there can't be two parallel systems to do the same work. that puts the current system (the mother of slowest and crappiest systems possible) in a transition mode, which...

But, why did you have to talk about it to your representor?
At any case, dont piss them off. Mind you, every single day is important and you dont want any delays in pushing your case to the next level.
And btw, its all bull about the illegality of you...

Hope this helps. However, remember YMMV.
Immigration.com still has 02/2003 for Fed and the official site still says...
AwardMyGC,
if 04/2003 is still on the wall, i've a RD of 12/2003. Go figure :(
Long way to go for me. I guess yours is due anytime. Have your documents ready for 140 and 485 and DO NOT WASTE a single day filing for that.
