You can show any amount of bank deposit if your yearly account avarage is not very very low. If your yearly avarage is very low better it is better to show the amount as much as you can. You can even show any CD's or share certificates if you have any.

As I remember Milwakee center do not issue Emergency AP. This was the situation during Aug 2001 when I applied for my 485. At that time I had to go to Chicago center. Hope it is the same even now. Check with your lawyer
