    I think to become eligible to pick up one's case, it needs to meet 3 conditions as per FAQ. 1. More than 6 months in name check. - You are ok 2. PD should be current. - You are ok 3. It should be out side of processing times- You are NOT ok... You may have to wait for some more time. If...

    zzzz4zzzz, Please let us know when was your name check cleared. Just would like to see whether is ther any relation between LUD's and name check clearance. I also had LUD's on 9th & 10th of August.

    Hi GCNoEasy, Looks like our cases are going parallel. I too got two LUD's on my 485. Please see the signature for details. I went to infopass afterwards and came to know the my Name check is pending and wife's NC is cleared. Did you happen to find any info about your name check?

    How to check your name check is cleared?

    Did infopass officer say that your name check is pending?. Please let us know because I am in the same boad. I went to infopass and IO said that my name check is pending and wife's name check is cleared. I may have to call TSC to find out.
