my case is in Exams area..what is that mean???

i got mail from local congresswomen saying that
my FBI namecheck is cleared recently and rightnow its in Exams area...

i'll post that in detail in the evening, i just want to share this
dont know is this good or bad news for me???


anyone is similar situation ???

It is good news..

Even Yellow Rocks now Green Rocks.. was also in the same situation.. and he is approved now..

Please let us know when was your name check cleared. Just would like to see whether is ther any relation between LUD's and name check clearance.
I also had LUD's on 9th & 10th of August.

i was looking back to some posts and found out this info about what will happen after going to Exams area

catch_22_4_gc - 8/8th got letter that its in Exams area - 8/23 485 approval
yellowrocks - 8/8 got letter that its in Exams area - 8/21 485 approval
telugodu - 7/26th - got letter that its in Exams area - 8/3 485 approval
vicky007 - 8/9 - got letter that its in Exams area - 8/20 485 approval
eb3_485 - 7/12 exams area - no approval ???

i was also in exams area as mentioned by other members
when exam was over, 485 got approved..

Pray to lord, thats the only way man

The other things you can try is

Contact Senator as well
Visit Infopass
Renew EAD and AP
Put Service Request

i am planning to take infopass after this long weekend

I contacted my congressman last week , they told that my case is being reviewed by officer, don't know any more details.. I'm not even sure if they are telling that case is in exams area... will post if i have any further updates
 
Good to hear, NC cleared... this is biggest thing to occur on every one case. Hope final approval on its GREEN WAY
 
namecheck issue
I sent letters to FL,congressman,senator on july 30. i received one from one congressman saying it is not cleared yet but they will take steps to clear it expedite the process and clear ASAP. When put SR on june and infopass on july 20, reply says that I485 case is pending due to namecheck since Oct.2005, and everything is clear except NC. But last week I and my wife got a SR reply for july 5th inquiry, says "case needs additional review..............contact CS within 60days if you do not receive a decision or other notice of action". I do not know my NC is cleared or not. anybody have any idea.

send this CR letter to your Local Congressman,they may help you
I know man, its pain to come out of this NC mess
