Unitednations, i disagree MY case was filed in Atlanta on October 7, 2005. EB3, Statistcal MArketing Analyst. No sponsorship or email to this date- still shows In Process. Of course, they may deny it, but it has been more than 3 months and nothing yet.....

My case was submitted on 10/10/05, no sponsorship email, no phone call. Status still shows in process. It's more than a month. So I guess, you're not the only one. Just wait and we'll see....
