Subtituting labor is not a problem.I got aproval last month with subtitude labor. But if the qualification are different you may get REF. Better check with a good lawyer.

Layer is in company prefered list. I paid everything from my pocket. He said 140 approval notice belongs to employer and he is going to send it to the company . If I want I have to talk to my company to get that. My company is a big consulting comapny and I don't know whether I should I ask them...

Question about 140 approcal notice. 140 was approved and lawyer says he can send me the original receipts of 485 but he can not send me original approval notice of 140. Is this noramal process? Thanks.
