Travel Emergency & expired AP.
I had applied for my 1st AP in oct'03 but had to travel due to family emergency in jan'04. went to the newark, NJ USCIS office and applied for a new AP and showed them documentation in regards to the emergency. AP issued the same day. had to pay again, which is unfair, but what can u do :mad...- brutus
