I was F1 from 1/1/2003 to 4/30/2003, F1 OPT from 4/30/2003 to 4/30/2004, In November/2003, I submit my 140/485 what form should I use? 1040NR or 1040? Thanks

"attach your wife's file to my pending file" Does that mean her I485 application will be syncronized with my I485 so that we will be processed at the same time? I mean If she waits after my i140 approval and then submit her derivative i485, does she wait for the same time in 485 as I do?

I got the same problem in TSC My notice date is Nov 7th 2003. Said "Soviet Scientist", not for me at all!!! I called national customer line and was told I would heard from TSC 3 to 4 weeks. Any other suggestions? Thank you very much!
