Re: Thanks, lkjhgf. amcom: It is EB3 case. The RFE response is sent out this week and LUD is changed for RFE received. The RFE asks for the employment verification. The reason is that they said there is no indication of "permanent" employee status in the application (don't know why)...

ArunK2004 LUD is Last Update Date. You can go to USCIS to set up an account to view and have email notification set up as well.
