Finger Prints Does anybody know about this ... Time frame for re-scheduling

Hi , We have got the Biometrics appointment - my wife and kids are out of the country. I have sent in a request for re-scheduling the fingerprint - does anyone have an idea of how long it takes to reschedule.. Does it take weeks/ months or forever etc., Thanks, Srini
