Dude, They usually give priority to people who submit withdrawl for some urgent travel.As it is more than 10 weeks since u submitted. Take my word ur visa is approved. Start checking your fed-ex tracking number.Please update the list when u recieve it

It is 100% once u get the passport in hand and check u have multiple entry visa and name & other info is correct BTW:You have sent ur passport on 19-June.Are u talking about ur passport or someone else.If this is yours and it has been approved then u are lucky... Pal
