    Finally........I got it.

    Today I got my 4th AP approved. And Info pass in last week said my security checks are pending and reply to SR is your case is pending and contact again after 6 weeks. Any ideas if i can get my GC approved by october this year

    I140 LUD on 8/19/2007

    looks like a mass update. As 3 out of 4 of my colleagues who got 485 approved also got LUD on I140 on 8/19/2007.:confused:

    I have LUD on AP on 8/15 and 8/16 And on 8/19/2007 got LUD on I140 which was approved in march 2005. Last week i was told in info pass pending security check. Anybody have any ideas why the LUD on I140 now?
