Wife's case transferred to Vermont...
Almost same thing just happen to us today. I had my 2FP on 18th/08, and there has no any 2FP notice for my wife. She called up INS yesterday and this moning the online message for her changed and we got "On August 25, 2004, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence...- beyounn

I had FP on 18/08, And online status shows that INS got it on the same day. And I got nothing else until now.- beyounn

Question about fax inquiry sheet
Does anyone know what "principlal Alien's name" mean? My husband's company sponsored us. So does "Principal" here mean my husband? Thanks in advance!- beyounn

H-1 to I485 pending
Hi There, I filed my I-140 and I-485 togather last Dec. I got my AP, EAD and I-140 aproved already. I-485 is still pending. At the mean time, my H-1 is still available but it will expire around next Feb. My question is that do I need to renew my H-1B again when it expire on next Feb? One guy...- beyounn
