borderline My 140 is probably THE borderline case. My case number is 060035xxxx. RD is Oct3rd. They sent an RFE on ability to pay on March 7th instead of transferring to TSC. Yesterday they changed the status to Response to RFE has been received.

My 140 RD was on the borderline of the trasfer to TSC date and I got an RFE instead of transfer. Now the lawyer has replied to the RFE (only today) to CSC. Not sure what will happen to my case. Will it be transfered to TS or adjudicated at CSC itself? ANy thoughts?
