I don't think it is the case Because if your reasoning was right, I should have recieved my approval since my case has a small (early) number than both of those guys. What do you think of that, guys? :confused:

I am anxiously waiting for my approval too, and I am curious about how come those cases filed later than mine got approved before mine.

Just called my lawyer and he said the BPC has only sent 50% (80,000) 45 days letter cases , it will take 3 to 4 more months to send all cases, hopelly, they will start to approve the case at the end of this summer. Don't know where he got this information.
