Dallas BEC Approvals

Anyone has any insight ?

Anyone has any information on when the DALLAS BEC will start adjudicating cases ?

Any Information on this topic please post it here..

For people who have recieved and replied to the 45 day letter it is high time we get some news on the next step.

It looks like may or june before we see the first approval. This backlog reduction is full of ---. All they need to do was to add some more staff to the more backlogged states, like C.A etc.

That would have been a simple solution and life of Immigrants would have been much easy and better.

Not sure how much the PERM will be helpful to the new applicants, but sure i am seeing almost another two to three years of wait time( if I am lucky :rolleyes: ) before I move from the so called backlog elimination center.

its going to take at least a year (refer my new thread in the main forum)- i think its high time all of us stood up and sued the asses of these guys - there is a chicago DOL petition being made - maybe we shud expand it to all regions now
 
They Need to be Sued for making life hell....

I totally agree with you. They jst screwed up the whole thing. After all they beleive a lot in Equality isn't it....so got us all screwed royally. If everything had gone as b4...all of us would have got our labour in 3-4 months from the rcd date. This Chicago DOL jst took this screwed up opportunity and didn't work for the whole year...and added up to the backlog.

If labor is going to take 2 more years...and then 140/CP or !40/485... 2 more years... its going to be hell!!!

We really need to protest man!!
 
i think the word should be spread among all the labor trackers regarding this - if serious momentum is gathered,we can make this work

Yes, please let's work together and protest and make good things happen. How can we get started, any idea?
 
well as i said earlier, there is a chicago DOL petition being prepared - in fact there is even a seperate thread for it in the labor cert. forum - we can expand that to nation wide petition
