I moved twice in past two years. I filed AR-11 twice but they never change the address for me until I call the BCIS. So, you need to call BCIS to change it for you!

I never got update for my FP2 information on line until they sent REF to me. about my REF, they just require company letter and three months payslips. But I chanred job three times and never told INS before, that's why I sent all my paychecks(copy) to them. I hope this could help you!
