I am silent visitor and I thank all of you who shared your information with me. Today is my day! Finally, I am free! I hope all of you who are still waiting for green card will get it soon!!

Here is my case:
#02-114-xxxxx
RD: 02/05/02
ND: 02/20/02
FP1: 04/30/02
FP2: 10/07/03(schedule:10/31/03) did early, online no update
REF: 12/18/03
REF: 01/15/04(received)
online : case has been approved on Feb, 27/2004

Filed AR-11 twice, never update until phone call to change my address.
Change job three times, never filed AR-21. Because lawyer said will delay my case. but I give BCIS all my W2 and remuneration for each month(2 years) and three company's letters.

Did online atleast update that FP2 was sent to you?
What was ur RFE for? You mean you sent 2 years W2 as well payslips?
 
I never got update for my FP2 information on line until they sent REF to me. about my REF, they just require company letter and three months payslips. But I chanred job three times and never told INS before, that's why I sent all my paychecks(copy) to them.
