For us it was productive. We went there for for my wife's 3rd ead, on 89th day. The officer was nice, it took couple of hours, but finally we got it.

I received my 3rd EAD and my online Status changed to case approved on Feb 18 th..

I did n't get my 2 nd FP yet.. called 1-800 number, no use. RD is 02/15 FP expired on 05/13 applied for 3 rd EAD..
