RD/ND Feb 2002. I did my first FP July 2002 My wife did her FP in May 03. Never knew about faxing stuff to expedite process till Jan - Feb 04. which means by that time my FP expired. Fax'd a letter to TSC in April. Got a 2nd FP notification in May end. did 2nd FP in June. now waiting...

2nd FP in June. Did my 2nd FP on June 22nd. Approved by FBI on 23rd. Status and LUD unchanged yet. My status still shows my first FP received date. Hoping to get out of the tunnel soon. ND Feb 2002.

Do you know if FBI has to approve for the 2nd FP (I guess so). I did my 2nd FP three weeks ago (not electornically). I call up FBI and they keep refering to my 1st FP approval date. Any ideas? I see the light but seems like a long tunnel.

2nd FP Update from my side : I got my Fingerprint notice in yesterday's mail - my second FP. Hopefully, if I get that done I should get approved. Hope they dont send any RFEs later. any updates pa55, mike05, kosta123?

pa55 and mike 05, You had mentioned that your LUD in your portfolio for 485 was updated to 4/28. did it change after that? mike05, your date was 05/10, did it change?

Good! Kosta123, Good so it took exactly a week for them to act on something after LUD changed. Please keep us posted and hope your RFE is not complicated. Did you LUD changed when the status changed? If yes what is your new LUD? Did you receive a mail? My LUD is same as your, mine has not...

Can someone make this a permanent thread? We could track how long it takes to get approved from the time they touch the file.

Mike05, I thought that was the relation you were drawing when I had mentioned in an earlier thread that my lastupdate date has changed without message being changed. Hopefully, just like the way your EAD and AP got approved this will also get approved soon. Btw, did you get an email...

Kosta123, I was about to ask the same question to mike05. Also when the lastupdate date changed for you kosta, did it also change for your dependents?. In my case it did not. Secondly, did you receive a mail for change in lastupdate date? I think the mail is triggered only if the status changes...

Folks, I regd in uscis website couple of weeks ago. I logged in to check the status in my portfolio. To my surprise the last updated date in there is 05/05/04 (TODAY!) but message has not changed. It is still showing FP Recd. Now what they could have updated (?) possibly without changing...

smitgg1, good! You have pointed out where the tunnel is. I faxed them a letter 2 fridays ago. My ND is Feb 17th or 19th ... not too behind from yours. I hope soon I find the tunnel and the light too.... :) Did you also send them a letter or you stopped with fax.
