Is my case being processed now?

I just checked the status of my and my wife's cases and the date changed for the first time to 05/10/04 (the message didn't change, though). I really do hope that it means that somebody has finally picked up our cases!

I thought that was the relation you were drawing when I had mentioned in an earlier thread that my lastupdate date has changed without message being changed.

Hopefully, just like the way your EAD and AP got approved this will also get approved soon.

Btw, did you get an email notification when the lastupdate date changed? I did not. Also, only my date changed and my wife's date is still the old one.

Yep, that's what I was hoping was the case.... but who knows, hope one of us hears something back soon.

By the way, I didn't get the e-mail either. I guess, the e-mail is only sent when the status changes.

Approval is around the courner. Your FP (04/25/2003) is within current approval range.

Please keep us posted....
 
Mine and my wife's case also has been touched but no change in the status as well as no emails.

Seems they touched a whole set of documents including the earlier approved EAD/AP etc. including the I140.

You need to register and create a profile at the USCIS site.

They'll send you an-email.
