I don't buy it...there is no way all I-485 would be processed in 30 - 90 days. My online tracker also says, 30 - 90 days but given the fact that my I-485 RD is 1/6/03 and a zillion people have been waiting, there is just no way... However, I am not against being optimistic. Hope is a good...

Kilaru - You and I filed I-485 and I-765 around the same time. My I-765 RD is 8/21/03, so I guess I have about a month more of waiting... My I-485 RD, on the other hand, is 1/6/03 and it seems that we would still be here wishing and hoping for our approval. G

Hiring Rajiv Hey Guys & Gals, I think the idea of suing USCIS for I-485 sounds reasonable; however, I am highly doubtful that it would influence the adjudicators in anyway. Unless we can make a class action lawsuit out of this, I think our chance of success is slim. G
