one more wish Multiple I485 cases should be allowed to file on one alien's behalf. For example, one person may have multiple approved I-140s, or one's spouse is also qualified for Adjustment by his/her own skills, the entire family should be able to apply for AOS based on all qualifications...

TSC processing time is messed up as well. BCIS just wants us to be happy for a couple of days after long time of depressing, then put us back to the darkness. What a cruel game.

I randomly checked several different type of cases, most cases have 30-60 days of processing time, except that I129 has 15-21 days of processing time, not sure if they all are premium processing cases; and I539 become 15-30 days. It is unbelievable. Maybe the system was hacked.

TEXA, I do not think anybody's life should be totally controlled by the GC process. People on this forum tried to find a pattern to formulate TSC processing but never could. The 'moving theory' is only one of the guesses based on a couple of coincidences. Please do not move only because of...

hmcis, We are all in the same situation. There's no other option but keep trying to find a job. Although there are some limits of job categary, but try any IT related jobs might be ok. Be flexible and good luck on this.

They sometimes send RFE for I140 approval copy. It is better to attach one as well to save some hassel.

Re: Approved 485 SRCs are flushed out! Most missing case from the web can still be found from the AVM. These missing cases will give some hard time to people who want to collect I485 case numbers because it is much easier to reach the quota of 'invalid number'.

Some people from texasimmigration forum said that although their online message became 'unavailable', their AVM stays the same old message. You may want to check.
